What day and time do the sessions run?

Our sessions run from 7:45am-8:45am every Saturday morning, except for bank holiday weekends.

What if my child can't make a session?

It’s not a problem if your child can’t make a session, you don’t need to let us know. However, if your child is going to be absent for an extended period, then please do let us know so we can hold your child’s place for you.

Do I have to stay with my child?

As long as we have  accurate contact details on Online Club Manager, you do not need to remain in the building. However, in an emergency you should be able to quickly get to the Leisure Centre.

How does my child progress within the club?

Lifesavers are continually assessed in their class and marked against set criteria for the level they are working at. Once your child's instructor feels they are competent at that level, an assessment will take place. If they pass, they will be awarded a certificate, before beginning to work on the skills for the next level.

How do I keep up to date with what’s happening at the Club?

The club posts on Facebook and Instagram daily to keep everybody updated about things going on within the club as well as wider RLSS affairs.

Does the club run during school holidays?

As a general rule, we do not run on Bank Holiday weekends, during August or during the Christmas holidays. We remain open for the rest of the year.

How do I sign up for competitions or events?

Competitions and events will be sent out through Online Club Manager. You can sign up via your Parent Portal login.

You can speak to Ian, Liam or Em, or contact them directly through Faecbook Messenger or NantwichLSC@outlook.com

What do I do if I have a safeguarding concern?

All Safeguarding concerns need to be reported to our Child Welfare Officer, Em. Please email your concern to NantwichLSC@outlook.com marked for the attention of Em, and she will get in touch.

How do I give or refuse photo consent?

Please complete this on Online Cliub Manager when you set up your account. If you change your mind at anytime, just log back in and make the changes.
