OUR TEAM

Our team is made up of dedicated volunteers, many of whom have been part of the club for a number of years. Our Assistant Teachers, Rookie Instructors, Lifesaving Instructors, and Instructor Tutors have all achieved a variety of RLSS UK Awards between them, including Life Support. All our volunteers are DBS checked.

Chairperson

Lifesaving Instructor

I have been at the club since 2003!

I am most proud of becoming a Lifesaving Instructor, as I love teaching and helping other people to achieve.

I like how warm and friendly the club atmosphere is, as all the teachers want the best for their groups, and everyone works hard to support each other.

Our club is a like a family! Everyone looks after each other, and we all absolutely love what we do! I wouldn't want to spend my Saturday mornings doing anything else.

Anya

Assistant Lifesaving Instructor

I have been a member of the club since 2014.  It has been a great way of adding new skills to my love of swimming. It has helped me to keep myself, and those around me, safe in the water.

My greatest achievement is being able to pass my skills on to younger members of the club.

The club is very family orientated and has supported me in achieving my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award.
