TRAINING
All volunteers at Nantwich Lifesaving Club, are given the opportunity to complete qualifications in lifesaving sport, instructing and assessing. These qualifications are fully funded by the club, and you will gain acceditation from the RLSS UK on your Tahdah account. Please use the link below to find out more about the courses offered by the RLSS UK.
SUPPORT
During your first 6 weeks as a volunteer at Nantwich Neptune Lifesaving Club, you will follow a development plan, that will be agreed with your allocated mentor. This induction process will allow you to find out more about the club, the lifesaving programmes we offer, and the teaching techniques we use.
RECOGNITION
We recognise how much our club depends on the work of its volunteers. The RLSS UK encourages all volunteers to log the time they spend volunteering on their Tahdah account. Volunteers will be rewarded for hitting the targets set by the RLSS UK as part of the William Henry Award. Please use the link below to find out more.
